Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years old and residing in PNG. Any entries with children must be accompanied by an adult. Employees of Kendo are not eligible to participate (immediate family members can join).  One on post per entry. Multiple posts will disqualify the entry. 

Redemption of Prizes

The winner will be selected from eligible entries and notified via direct message on Facebook. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the winner announcement. If the prize is not claimed, it will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

Privacy

We will not share any personal information collected during the competition with third parties unless required by law. We reserve the right to use any eligible entries for Kendo's marketing and promotion purposes. 

Release of Facebook

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants agree to release Facebook from any liability related to this competition.

Cheating and fraudulent activities

Any form of cheating or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to the use of bots, automation software, fake accounts, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in such activities will be disqualified and blocked from interacting with any future Kendo content.

Spamming and unauthorized content

Participants are prohibited from spamming the competition page or other participants' comments with unrelated or unauthorized content. This includes but is not limited to promotional messages, links, or any other form of unauthorized self-promotion. Such behavior results in disqualification, possible removal from the competition, and an account block from Kendo's Facebook page.

 

Not Safe for Work (NSFW) content

Participants must not share or post any content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate for a general audience. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexually explicit material, hate speech, or any content that may violate Facebook's community guidelines. The competition organizer reserves the right to remove any such content and disqualify participants responsible for its creation or distribution.

Disqualification & Remedies

The competition organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities. Disqualified participants may be removed from the competition, and any prizes or benefits awarded may be revoked or reassigned at the organizer's discretion.

Moderator's Discretion

The competition organizer or its designated moderators reserve the right to monitor and review all content and participant activity related to the competition. They may remove any entries, comments, or content that violate the terms and conditions or Facebook's policies, without prior notice.

Changes to T&C's

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
